As general contractors serving discerning clients, we faced the unique challenges of island construction—shipping delays, limited skilled labor, and a difficult business climate.
To overcome these obstacles without sacrificing quality or luxury, we sought smarter, more reliable material solutions, discovering unconventional suppliers along the way.
Named “lucky accident” in Hawaiian, Pomaikai reflects our journey: from constraint came innovation, and from challenge, a new venture.
